HR and Site Manager at Blossom Academy
Blossom Academy, a leading education and career development organization, is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Site Manager to lead their human resources department and oversee daily operations at their educational site in Accra. This role is essential in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluations, providing feedback and support for employee development.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Workplace Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Blossom Academy’s values, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
- Student Experience: Ensure a supportive learning environment for students, addressing concerns and promoting growth.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports on site performance, using data to drive improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on long-term strategies for the site’s growth and success.
- Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s Degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational or training environment.

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
